Supporting the BRCC and DragonMax

Your generous support of BRCC and DragonMax will provide support for our youth teams and align your company with a unique blend of culture and sport. We invite you to support us through our donor program. Your donations and in-kind support help to defray annual operational and maintenance costs, and minimize expenses, i.e., race entry fees, lodging, traveling, and uniforms.

Your contribution provides a variety of benefits, including:

• Support of the local community by contributing to the greater cause of developing programs to increase community accessibility to water sports,
• Visibility and affiliation with water sports,
• Affiliation with the unique culture of dragon boats and outrigger canoes,
• Support of youth programs,
• Support of a community resource, and
• Tax deduction.

Your support can be acknowledged in a number of ways, some of which include:

• Visibility of your name/logo on our boats, team jerseys and at race events,
• Acknowledgement on our webpage and in festival program books,
• Custom-embroidered windbreaker jackets,
• Acknowledgement in BRCC and dragon boat team publicity,
• Coaching of your corporate team,
• Use of our logo for your dragon-boat related publicity.

Donor acknowledgements can be tailored to match your level of support and interests. Following are examples of how BRCC and Dragonmax can acknowledge your support:

Corporate Donor Levels

Gold Dragon ($10,000)

• Corporate name/logo prominently displayed on both sides of both dragon boats for one year
• Coaching of your corporate team for one race season from BRCC (coaching schedule to be mutually agreed upon by BRCC and corporate donor)
• Title sponsor or co-branding of one DragonMax team in one of the following dragon boat races:

Local Races
• Redwood City, CA (2006).
• Fremont, CA (2006).
• San Francisco, CA (2006).

• Prominent display of banners and signage (provided by corporate donor and where permitted by race organizer)
• Corporate name and logo prominently displayed on team uniform

• Corporate name/logo displayed on our promotional materials and literature, including posters, flyers, brochures and press releases for one year
• Corporate name and logo with links to corporate company website prominently displayed on our websites for one year
• Five (5) free BRCC one-year memberships

Silver Dragon ($5,000)

• Corporate name/logo displayed on both sides of one dragon boat for one year

• Title sponsor or co-branding of one dragon boat team or youth team at the CDBA Youth Cup or DragonMax at the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival with the following forms of acknowledgement:

• Prominent display of banners and signage (provided

by corporate donor and where permitted by race

organizer)

• Corporate name and logo prominently displayed on

team uniform

• Corporate name/logo displayed on our promotional materials and literature, including posters, flyers, brochures and press releases for one year

• Corporate name/logo with links to your company website prominently displayed on our websites for one year

• Three (3) free BRCC one-year memberships

Race Dragon ($2,500)

• Title sponsor or co-branding of one dragon boat team or youth team at the CDBA Youth Cup or DragonMax at the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival with the following forms of acknowledgement:

• Prominent display of banners and signage (provided by corporate donor and where permitted by race organizer)
• Corporate name and logo prominently displayed on team uniform

• Corporate name/logo displayed on promotional materials and literature, including posters, flyers, brochures and press releases for one year

• Corporate name/logo with links to your company website prominently displayed on our websites for one year

• Two (2) free BRCC one-year memberships

Team Dragon ($1,500)

• Corporate name and logo displayed on team uniform (youth team or DragonMax)
• Corporate name/logo displayed on our promotional materials and literature, including posters, flyers, and brochures for one year
• Corporate name/logo with links to your company website prominently displayed on our websites for one year.
• One (1) free BRCC 1-year membership

Individual Donor Levels

Fire Dragon ($2,000)

• Title Sponsor of one dragon boat team or youth team at the CDBA Youth Cup or DragonMax at the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival with your name co-listed with racing team registration name
• Your name displayed on our promotional materials and literature, including posters, flyers, and brochures for one year; you can also donate in honor or memory of someone special
• Your name prominently displayed on our websites for one year
• Two (2) custom-embroidered DragonMax windbreakers
• Two (2) free BRCC one-year memberships

Water Dragon ($1,000)

• Your name displayed on our promotional materials and literature, including posters, flyers, and brochures for one year
• Your name prominently displayed on our websites for one year
• One (1) custom-embroidered DragonMax windbreaker
• One (1) free BRCC one-year memberships

Earth Dragon (up to $500)

• Your name displayed on our websites for one year.

The BRCC is a California non-profit corporation with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Your generous support of our programs is tax deductible.
